Hypnosis is the state between asleep and awake, one goes through the same state each time they go to sleep and again when you wake up. This is when we have access to the subconscious mind in order to input new, positive beliefs.
Hypnotherapy is a very useful tool to treat a wide array of issues. However, I specialise in helping people be the best they can be and to overcome the negative beliefs most of us learned as children. Up until the age of 7, the mind is primarily in a state called Theta, which is basically hypnosis. In that state, the subconscious mind registers everything, positive and negative. Some of us picked up more negative beliefs than others which causes us to self sabotage our way through adulthood. 95% of our daily life is run by the subconscious mind, where beliefs reside. With the help of hypnosis to reprogram your subconscious mind, I can help you change negative beliefs into positive ones, which will enable you to be the best version of yourself.
HYPNOTHERAPY
My name is Sebastien Le Boedec Lambley, I trained with the Somerset School of Hypnotherapy. I was led to hypnotherapy because of my own personal experience and therapy. I found it to be so interesting and effective for my own self-development that I decided to learn more and went back to school. The best part is seeing my clients get well, enjoy life and become the best version of themselves.
My holistic journey started when I trained as a massage therapist. I also passed Reiki level 1.
I believe in treating people holistically.
I now live in Ibiza with my family and offer hypnotherapy on the White Isle and online.
In my spare time, I love to scuba dive and travel. I like to combine the two as much as I can.

QUIT SMOKING
Stopping smoking on your own can be challenging and daunting. Hypnotherapy can make you a non-smoker in just 1 or 2 sessions.
The reason it’s easier to quit smoking with hypnosis is that we transfer the pleasure derived from smoking to a healthier new habit. This is why many people find they do not gain any unwanted weight or have other problems associated with kicking the habit. The only side effects experienced quitting smoking with hypnosis are increased health, freedom and extra money in your pocket.
PUBLIC SPEAKING
Is speaking in public your biggest fear? Does even the thought of standing up in front of an audience bring you out in a cold sweat? You are not alone. Hypnotherapy is an unbeatable way to become a confident public speaker. It will completely retrain your brain to be comfortable and confident when in front of an audience by conditioning your mind to properly respond to stress-causing situations and eliminate any feelings of anxiety when being in the spotlight, to help you become an effective speaker and/or presenter.
WEIGHT LOSS
Have you struggled to lose weight over the years? Tried really hard but keep self-sabotaging?
Willpower is an insufficient tool in our weight-loss journey. Willpower is located in the conscious part of our brain. It gives a short burst of mental energy for a short period of time, and no more. That explains why you do so well at the beginning of all your diets and exercise routines, but then end up back in the same rut. The moment your willpower runs out, you go back to your old behavioural patterns, which are the same ones that made you gain weight in the first place. There are many reasons for this but with tailor- made sessions you could be on the path to a new you.
FEARS AND PHOBIAS
Does your fear or phobia make you feel out of control and helpless or even cause difficulty breathing? Severe phobias are set deep in the subconscious mind and can become impossible to conquer using only conscious effort. Happily, hypnotherapy provides extremely effective help for these issues by teaching the mind a different way of responding to the feared object or situation. Phobias from snakes, the dark, heights to flying and many more in between can be alleviated.
SELF ESTEEM/CONFIDENCE
If you feel trapped in this constant state of low self-confidence, it becomes very important that you learn to switch off the destructive voices of low esteem and lack of confidence.
After a few sessions you will start to perceive yourself accurately and positively and give yourself credit where it is due. With hypnotherapy, you can also learn to give yourself the benefit of the doubt and correct any past distortions or negative input about yourself.
ANXIETY/STRESS
Stress is a normal part of everyday life. In small quantities, stress can beneficial. However, when you experience too much stress, it becomes harmful and moves into the realm of anxiety. Stress can arise from a multitude of situations; work, family, relationships, etc.
Hypnosis can change your perception of the situation and develop your belief and confidence to deal with stress and anxiety.
As hypnotherapy is a collaboration between client and therapist that requires commitment and motivation from each client I cannot offer any guarantees. On my part I promise to use my expertise and skill to help you achieve your goal in as few sessions as possible.
ONLINE HYPNOTHERAPY
I also offer my sessions online from the comfort of your own home, ensuring you are as relaxed, safe and as comfortable as possible. These sessions are just as effective as face-to-face ones, useful for those who cannot come to me or those suffering from things such as agoraphobia. It has been shown to achieve genuine, positive and significant changes in an individual's life. All you need is a quiet space without any distractions, such as children or pets, somewhere comfortable, preferably some headphones, an internet connection and a device with WhatsApp or Zoom.
